Feeling incomplete can happen to many people in their lives.  It can happen in many forms as well.  One way that people can feel incomplete is having a life without nature.  In some way or form, nature must be present in our lives to feel complete.  Without nature, we would not be ourselves and our world would not be the same.  Our world is becoming so industrialized now of days.  We are so focused on the idea of technology and the business world that we are starting to forget how important nature is in our lives.

For my picture, I captured the idea of how our lives would be incomplete without some form of nature in it.  My idea for my photo was to have a flower, slowing burning by a flame.  The flower represents nature while the flame represents our world taking nature for granted.  I portrayed the beauty of nature and how our lives would be incomplete without it. For my picture,  I used one of the flowers that I received for my senior night at my soccer game.  I then coated the flower in lighting fluid, and lit the flower with a flame.  I made sure to get multiple angles of the flower so I could choose between different pictures.  In photoshop, I edited some of the photos to be black and white, while some of them I edited in color.  I like the one in color the best to show the color of the flame and the color of the rose.
